This is something of a guess. I'm going to predict that the market's response to Powell's comments today will be muted. (Not a huge sell off.) I say this because everyone has seen this movie many times before and this time the reaction will be mild. January was good w/o any major catalyst. (Of course, I might be wrong.)
In other words: Hope-ium fatigue.
The day isn't over...but at this hour the market's reaction to the Fed isn't excessively reactive.
I really like the guitar riff jingle. Only thing is, it needs to be louder to signal change in tempo and a noticable pause.....
